Instrumental Transcommunication (ITC)
Paranormal video phenomenon (PVP) also know as Instrumental Transcommunication (ITC) is the practice of trying to find ghost images in the static or feedback from your television. All you need to get started is a Video Camera, a TV and some sort of video editing program like Final Cut Pro or Adobe Premire Pro.
